Lily Allen makes us all jealous of her- no, not because she's drunk most of the time someone gets a picture of her or because her hair always looks the same, but because Karl Lagerfeld loves her. I don't fully understand why-- actually I don't get it at all, but he loves her so much that he's named her the new face of Chanel handbags for the Fall 2009 campaign. Previously, the fabulous Jerry Hall was the face of Chanel's handbags, and the gig got her another contract with Ford Models. Fashion possibilities for Lily if the shoot goes well? Umm, I hope not.
